Luxury 2 Bed Apartment located in Peppers Balé in Kingscliff
This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartment is located in the exclusive Balé complex at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa in the heart of the Salt Village, Kingscliff 50m from the beach and can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights stay.
We are a husband & wife team who privately let this one apartment, and as such are not part of the Peppers Hotel Resort team. You will however, have access to both Bale Apartment facilities and to Peppers Resort & Spa including their lagoon pool, entertaining area & surrounds, tennis court and gymnasium. The Peppers Resort Access card is also located in the “pottery hand” on a neck lanyard inside the apartment and is used to gain entry to Peppers Resort complex. We would appreciate your understanding and thoughtful reviews on our apartment as this impacts on our future bookings.
The Apartment can be configured to suit up to a maximum of 5 adults or 2 adults and 4 children, plus 1 infant.

- The main bedroom has a King Bed with a large ensuite including Spa bath.
- The 2nd bedroom can be configured as 1 x King bed or 2 x Single beds and has another full size bathroom (Please let us know at time of booking which bedding configuration you would like)
- There is a spare Double size bed located in the study nook tucked away from the main areas which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.
- We also have a portacot (found in Main bedroom cupboard) and high chair (found in Laundry) available at no extra charge.
AMENITIES
We have a fully equipped Kitchen with Miele appliances. The kitchen is stocked with Byron Bay Bun Coffee Nespresso pods and an assortment of Byron Bay Bun Tea. There is also a Nescafe Coffee Machine in the lounge at Bale Reception that offers free coffees and teas. The pantry will be stocked with a few essentials that is sugar, salt & pepper along with several other small pantry items, however you will need to bring fresh milk. There is an IGA store located in the salt village across the park from the apartment for your convenience or a Coles in Casuarina 5 mins drive from the apartment.
High quality Bath sheets and hand towels are provided in both bathrooms along with hairdryers in each bathroom and a supply of shampoo/conditioner and hand lotions. Beach/Pool towels are also provided. Bedroom linen is of a high hotel quality and found on all bedding.
There is a fully equipped laundry where you’ll find a washing machine (detergent supplied) and dryer, iron & ironing board and a high chair. In the laundry you will also find a beach shade tent, 4 boogie boards and bucket & spades for the kids.
There is also a port-a-cot available in the apartment (please advise at time of booking if the portacot is required for bedding to be pre-arranged or please bring your own bedding).
There are a few bicycle & electric bicycle hire shops in the area, please refer to contact details on last page of the compendium found in the apartment.
PARKING
There are 2 allocated parking spaces which are located in the secure underground car park of the building.
SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
If you happen to arrive before the designated check-in time, there is plenty to do. We suggest that you could visit a local grocery store and do a small grocery shop. Coles is 5 minutes south at Casuarina and Woolworths is 5 minutes north in the seaside town of Kingscliff itself. There is also an IGA convenience store over the park at the Salt Village. There are several good restaurants and a pub for lunch, please enjoy the local food!
